600ti Coolant flowing from pressure cap

Parked car, switched off engine and heard a gurgling noise. Opened bonnet and coolant was coming out of the pressure cap. Oh dear, head gasket ?

Drove home slowly with the cap loose then re-filled and tested, just the same when hot. Replaced the cap and all OK, lucky escape.
