Ive stripped back the wiring loom to the boot and its fine. No snags and clean intact insulation.
I've disconnected/unplugged the microwave sensor.
Ive a good healthy battery.

But tonight when it went off..I usually disarm it on the fob and lock the doors from the passenger side- by leaning acrsso, pressing the door sill switch and that actuates the passenger central lock and close the door. With the knowledge that alarm isn't on and the neighbours can get a good nights sleep.
Tonight, pressing the drivers door sill switch doesn't lock the passenger door?
But it does if I used the fob?

Its an 02 pre-electron TF160

Any thoughts?

I don't want to throw money at door locks/mechanisms just to find its still playing up.

Oh, and I've changed the under bonnet switch as I thought that was a bit corroded...
