Thought I would post this info regarding door handles for our models. Now we all know how prone to breaking the ZS and 45 door handles are and that most rip off eBay sellers know this and charge accordingly. A single door handle goes for around £30 on eBay and some of these are not perfect.
So would you all be surprised that a brand new door handle already colour coded from rimmers is just £17.50 ? I know that's not including post but you are buying a second hand unit and need it painted rimmers is still cheaper.
I just ordered a passenger side front in X power grey as some walker tried forcing it the other night. I have doe a repair and it's working and looks fine but when the new handle comes I will reinforce the brass inserts using fibre glass and fit the new handle.
Hope this may save some a few pennies.
