ZR 105 - Wont start

Having problems with my 105.

Had to charge the battery and accidentally put the connectors on the wrong way around, lol, horn started sounding.

Immobilizer light doesnt blink when locked..

When key is in ignition 2, the dash lights come on and the immobilizer light is solid, doesn't blink at all.

When trying to turn the car over, nothing happens at all.

Can't lock/unlock car from fob.

Radio, windows not working when in ignition 2, lights, indicators, wipers work.

Any ideas? :s

Have put a new battery in, checked fuses (not all, main engine and a few others), tried the put key into door unlock and press button on fob until something happens, nothing happened.
