brake conversion from ZS td drums to ZS 180 disc brakes can it be done?

Hello guys a question for all the mad mg ZS Td fans, i want to know if anyone has the answers or has done this before.

I recently purchased a ZS 2.0 l series diesel it has had a lot of mods done all the usual injectors, air filter removal of cat with stainless steel exhaust and supposedly a remap.

The wise guy who owned the car previously did all this and decided not to do the brakes!!, anyway i digress... so back to the point the brakes were the one thing which were not done and i cannot for the life of me understand why you would add all the power and not the stopping power, and so i wish to upgrade the brakes as i think the brakes are due soon anyway as the discs have a bad wobble and it was a note on the mot.

I have read on here that the fronts are a strait swap with the ZS 180 discs and pads as long as the calipers and carriers are changed, however the rear of the car has drums!!!!

This is annoying me as they look blah!! and i want to know whether:

1. I would be able to get ZS 180 discs and calipers on the rear?

2. would the ZS 180 brakes actually be better at braking and stopping then the drums?

3.if the conversion from drums to discs can be done which i don't see why you wouldn't be able to (although i am no mechanic and i am using logic), exactly which parts would be needed from a MG ZS 180 even down to the smallest ancillary, apart from the calipers and carriers, as i am assuming that it will not be that simple???

4. i have the facelift model, would the pre-facelift model parts be the same??
