MGF subframe to body mount

Well... I'm that guy. Looks like I'm going to have to find a solution for my rear/front subframe bolts. The existing capture nuts are totally destroyed. Looks like the garage my mother-in-law used ruined everything. They forced an M10 bolt in with an impact wrench, another has an existing broken bolt with a helicoil inside of it with an M6 bolt inside of that.... FUBAR. I need to get this back in order.

So... Where do I start to replace these capture nuts? I've read a lot of comments here suggesting welding in new nuts, but has anyone actually done it?
