Getting violent with the wiper motor

I'm trying to repair my wiper motor. I've removed the motor from the car, drilled out the rivets in the worm gear housing, and removed the rotor's circlip.

But the ^%&&%@# rotor doesn't want to come out. I've tried giving the rotor shaft a very modest blow.

There is what appears to be a bush that rotates freely about the rotor shaft (see picture), but I don't think it has anything to do with it.

I'm guessing the cage bearing has rusted itself to the shaft.

Any suggestions. I can give the rotor shaft a much bigger blow, but I'm trying not to damage things.
