MGZR F13 Fuse - help PLEASEEEE!!!!

Hi everyone - it's been a little while...

Can I ask if anyone knows the reason why my 10 amp fuse in slot 'F13' seems to blow every single time I place a new one in?? It's annoying as my whole speedo lights are out..that's the what is causing the problem is it? It's my entire LH parking lights front and rear, plus the speedo grrr

Any ideas? Thank you in advance as always :-)
