Hi,
Bit of a techy question, should anyone be able to help. There looks to be some corrosion on the main fuel line pipe that runs from the tank to the engine. How crucial is it to replace the pipe with a new pipe of exactly the same internal bore? I assume it is important to ensure the correct volumetric flow from the pump to the engine? Would small differences make any difference? As much as I have searched, no one sells the fuel line anymore, so may need it replaced using a fabricated line.
Would anyone know the specs of the pipe? E.g. id/od?
