Windscreen sticker?

I am thinking of a windscreen sticker because I need one.

In my old 214Gsi the glass was of far much better quality and the upper part was a bit blue-ish and very helpful to protect the eyes against the direct sun.

Hence I'm trying to find out something equivalent to stick on inside (or outside maybe?) and as wide as the 25 windscreen and, say, about 3 to 5 inches high.
Is there anything anywhere fit to be put straight on our cars, eventually with the possibility of a short message?

This one may do the trick but the international postage fee is a steal (£15!) for so small a package:
