Hi Gang

I'm a retired Management Accountant who has bought a 52 plate ZS 120 as my "toy"

I've had some issues with the nearside CV joint and wheel bearing which I have sorted only to have a new problem with which I need some advice.

It will go in to all gears BUT there is a slight gear engaging type noise - cogs trying to mesh - but there is no drive to the wheels - the car does not move. My diagnosis is that the inner CV joint on the nearside has probably failure. Any other suggestions?

Love the car - so does the Memsahib - so much so that I don't get to drive it that much - she won't let me have the keys!!!!
