That makes a refreshing change. Unlike a number of instances of careless inefficiency and other problems in the past.

I sent the completed V5c Document for the 05-Plate MG ZT-T 1.8t I purchased last month on 31st October. The date of transfer. I also included a post-it note saying the car will be put on SORN with effect from 1st November. That way the previous owner would not have to pay any VED and neither would I. That was the plan and today, I received two brown envelopes from DVLA Swansea. One contained the new V5 and the other a confirmation slip for SORN from 1st November.

I believe in giving credit where due. Keep it up Swansea.
