Sub frame

You can't powder coat the inside of a subframe as the powder cannot be added to the inside surfaces.

However, you can galvanise the inside and outside surfaces as this is a 'liquid' process. You will almost certainly need to add flow/drainage holes though.

I believe CJJ did at least one of his subframes, might be worth searching for that thread to get more details.
