Spax Problem part

HI I live in SE London there are speed bumps every 100 yards.
Fitted spax shocks and springs with new bolts 18 months ago to my 03 TF. Reckon I still need to soften up some more.
Have just broken the bolt that secures the Shock to the upper suspension arm on the back driver side.
Heard it break on a hump and car sat down hard 200 meters from home.
Wheel off. Problem obvious.
I have remarkably managed to get the broken bolt out of the arm.
Ordered new bolts. Now I realise the spax shocks use a collar/washer/bush either side of the shock which sits into a recess in the arm.
One is lost. Does anybody have an idea of what I can use or does anybody have an old spax shock with the collars still in place lying about.
No car till sorted.
