What do people think ?

Good points
It's one owner and they live three doors away so no travelling
Lots of receipts for work done, ball joints , sub frames etc

Bad points
Tear in plastic rear window
Needs tyres ( front need to be done asap )
Scrapes( bit of rust) down rear wing
Alloys need re Furb
My main worry is head gasket , this one has been re skimmed and sorted in 2007 at a cost of £800 . Is this a bonus and not likely to re occur or is it a case of give it a wide birth .my main issue is that my girlfriend had one back in the day and it went with only 6 k on it , it was done under warranty then went a short while later when they had gone bust so it was £4K for a new engine .
This is the 135 version and being the spark will there be issues getting paint to sort the wing etc

I was going to offer £950
