General question related on how you keep track of works & mods done.

I'm doing a lot of works on my car, trying to improve where I can.
Examples:
* full speakers upgrade.
* Crank bell upgraded to rose joints
* Changed gear oil
* ...

How you prove it on paperwork?
It is possible at all?
