If your car does not have Pektron SCU, then all you mentioned is controlled by MFU (horn and rear fogs) and two relays (cigar lighter and hrw) on fuse box under steering wheel. At this moment I am not sure how oil gauge is controled, but to me there might be some problem with MFU or around it.
