Bleeding rad help

Hi thanks to everyone on earlier post now have new rad on way.I want to drain whole system and put nice fresh coolant in.I know where the front 2 bleed screws are but there is a 3rd on engine do I get to this by taking inspection cover off or can I get to it from under car any pics of location would be a great help
