Cambelt Change

Looking at sourcing a cambelt in prep for the engine out.

Just looking at what is available on-line and now confused!!!



There are manual & automtic tensioners, 143 or 145 teeth, and then 23 or 26 mm wide.



What is best?



I will also be changing the water pump. Any suggestions on brand or upgrades available?
