Due for a big service

I keep forgetting to ask this, so quickly chuck it out there while I'm here:



The old gal (98 420 Sldi) is due for the big cambelt service.



What else should I be looking into? Besides cambelt and water pump.



Car has couple of minor issues: Black smoke over 4-5k rpm and slow to catch on cold mornings (could just be battery - it was reading 12.3~ today morning).



Nothing major imo. Goes great town or highway. Comfortably getting 15kpl.



So as far as I can see, nothing major to fix. Just wanted to see what is usually recommended to keep it running smoothly.
