Door speaker wires

Has anyone found an easy way of running new wires from the door to inside the car?



I've got my new component speakers all in place, everything is done apart from getting the new wires into the car, but I can't see how I'm going to do it. It seems near impossible to use the existing rubber boot as there are big connectors on the ends of it, and you can't get the door open wide enough to get a drill in there to make some new holes.
