Electric windows

I've just replaced my 2000 45 diesel shed with a nearly perfect bodywork 53 plate 45. The CV joints make no noise and I can't hear the gearbox layshaft, which on the old one was clattering like my teeth on a winter's morning. The only downside is that the rear windows are windy ones rather than electric. Would it be an easy job to swap the mechanisms from my old one to the new?
