Few 160 questions

I've just bought a 160 and it needs a few bits done to it.



Firstly does anyone know where i can get the plastic part on the rear bumper?



Can anyone recommend a good exhaust? I had a good stainless steel catback for my old F which i loved, but would that work on as well on a 160?



Plus it had the headgasket done last may and has been sat pretty much since and only done about 100 miles or so, it runs perfectly fine, but the oil has some gunk in it around the dipstick, but not under the lid, is there anything else this can be? im putting it in for a full service to hopefully clear any crap out from when its been sitting.



Lastly it occasionally makes a grinding noise when pulling off, the ride feels fine and it pulls away as it should.
