Hi to everyone. Just found and signed up to the forum and wanted to say hello. I have a 2000 MGF VVC in BRG which I`ve owned for about 9 years now but the past 5 or so it`s not been on the road and just been sitting in the garage. Any how I retired last June (after 30 years not aged 67) so have a lot of time on my hands to both browse the internet car forums - 370Z for my other car and Vauxhall Mokka for the wife`s but more importantly to get my finger out and get the MGF back on the road and using it again and who knows perhaps another trip to Barcelona in it again sometime. So no doubt will be looking for help/advice/inspiration on here, although, I`m not expecting anything too major as it is still in very good condition with only 46k on the clock and still starts and runs fine but there are some obvious signs due to it standing like the brake light stays on, the clutch takes time to free up. the battery is dead, etc, etc. Just want some nice warm weather now then I can get into the garage and make a start on it.
