Mgtf battery drain and abs srs lights

MGTF 115. My new battery drained overnight. Car just started but abs, srs and power steering warning lights came on and stayed on and rev counter dropped to zero whilst engine running. Drain on battery read 40mA, not enough to discharge new battery overnight. Wet winter causing a short somewhere? Are door lock and boot lock electrics prone to getting wet?
