Sqweeky creaky noise coming from NSF tyre?

Hello everyone, and thanks for reading my post! Just wanted to start of firstly by saying how incredible this site is, indeed this is my first post however I look at these forums almost daily and it's so impressive to see how extensive everyone's input is! I bought my 135 03 plate TF last June 2013 and cannot explain how much fun I'm having. I treat the car like a new born baby, literally. No one drives my TF, only me!!! Recently it has developed a kind of sqweeky creaky sound when going over even the slightest bump or grove in the road, NSF. I had the wheel bearing changed on this side a couple of weeks ago. I'm going to pop the wheel off tonight to see if anything has dislodged and spray some sort of grease in there! Anyone have any ideas at all?
