Noisy CVT gearbox?

Hi



I need some advice. My wife's Rover 45 1.8 CVT has the noisy gearbox when accelerating particularly when cold. I have read something before about noisy springs in it? Sounds almost like a heatshield type rattle but is in box.

Can this be fixed easily? What needs doing?

Car drives perfectly but this is annoying!
