45 Turbo swap advise
Hi all, not been on here for a while as my little red 214 has been behaving herself, but i've just bought a new project and am after some advise. The car in question is a 2002 45 TD Impression 2 with a blown turbo,(only paid £200 though). The person I bought it off assured me it was stalled before any engine damage occurred so I have to take his word for it on that one!. Just need to know really is it easier to take the turbo alone off or easier to take off with manifold and split after? not really had much to do with turbo diesels so all a bit new to me lol!. Any advise appreciated.
