Buggered Bulbs, Bright DRLs rant...

Am I the only one who has noticed that there is some amount of road users running around with headlights or brake bulbs that are buggered? Or on the opposite side of things bright as buggery LED DRL's.



Just wondering why it's not being clamped down on, surely a bit of a road danger on either side?



After saying that, sod's law and all, anyone like to recommend somewhere I can stock up bulbs before I get pulled over in case one of mines goes.
