Headlight beam

My headlight beam has been fine, passed an MOT in feb no problem.



Then my drivers side bulb blew, i replaced it with just a normal H7 bulb.



My beam now seams to be far too high, i was driving last night and it was lighting up all the oncoming reflective signs from a long way back, it has never behaved like this before(and no the main beam was off)lol.



This is the first time i have had to replace a bulb in a TF, im sure i have fitted it correctly? i have seated it so the tab lines up inside the recess, in other words the bulb sits flush inside the holder.

I cant understand why just replacing the bulb has effected the beam so much

Anyone had this before or can advise me further please?
