Horn no go

Hi, have mk1 zr and just found horn dosnt work now, checked a few things, and all I get is relay sounding click from behind the center console.

I have read around and threads say it the BCU, ive looked around and I have a red box that I presume is the BCU ? can it just be swapped over with another one ? or is there programming involved ?
