Is this bolt lose?

Yesterday, Alan Crossley fitted a TF 160 Airbox, bracket & pipes (thanks MGFnTFBITZ) to our VVC 143. Noticed the centre bolt in the engine/subframe mount is raised up. Is this bolt lose, or should it be like this?[IMG]Is this bolt lose, or should it be like this?
