Window seals

The window seals on both side are in bad shape. If looking out of either window from inside they have perished in some places and have started to come off. What would people recommend I get? I'm guessing I take it all off and still a fresh seal on the top of it.



When the window is down you can easily tidy it up without removing the door card I think.
