1.4 starting issues

ive got a 2002 1.4 zr with a starting problem.

I went to it today and unlocked it turnd ignition on (fuel pump primed) started then after a few seconds it stoped.

then ignition off then on and no fuel pump sound and it just turns over.

go to lock then unlock and ignition on and fuel pump works and engine starts. then stops.

then tryed lock on the fob and ignition on cranked but no fuel pump.

ive tryed to manualy lock on the key then ignition on but no fuel pump and wont start.

ive changed the fob battery and disconected the main battery. no fault codes. cars been dry stored the last few weeks. ive not checked the tailgate or door wiring.

its been ok the last few weeks and is for sale. (test drive went ok too). he wants the car too.



if anyones got any ideas ide be greatfull. ta
