Mechanical help for a newbie

Hope somebody can help me with this I'm fairly new to mechanics



When I pull away in gear for the first second or two I get a very faint squealing noise coming from the engine. It is not always an seems to go after the engine is warmed up for while so I am guessing a belt is slipping or something like that
