Rear screen woes

After having carefully detached and folded my rear screen before lowering the hood for three years, I got caught out by a cold night, an early start and a bit of carelessness. As a result my rear screen now has a six inch split in it. Anyone know of anyone north-east based who can do a replacement?

I am in Whitley Bay but will travel.
