The Elusive airlock

For a few months now I have been trying to hunt an airlock in the system causing coolant boiling.



Tonight I finally took the plunge to strip the inlet manifold off and came to an amazing discovery. The jiggle valve was completely clogged up with copper. It seems that a previous owner had some fun with rad weld and it has finally caught up with me.







Hopefully if I can get it back together tomorrow in time for the Arundel meet up on Sunday. I'd like to think I may have reached the end of the problem.
