620Ti calipers wont fit over ZS180 discs?

I've got some 620Ti calipers, Ferodo DS2500 pads, and some MG ZS 180 discs which I'm sure are 25mm wide. From what I've read before 620Ti calipers should work with ZS180 discs, but the caliper wont fit over them. Any ideas?
