Tracking down a knocing sound - any ideas?

Got an annoying knock in the derv, I've got an idea what it could be but if anyone can give me some help in case I go down the road of buying parts which still does not cure it...



Anyway on acceleration and when lifting off the throttle I get a dull knock/thump from the front. Seems to be happening in all gears but its most noticeable and does it more often in 4/5th gear.



So when your coasting and apply the gas you get a "knock" and if you lift off another "knock"



Engine seems fine when rocked and revved whilst stationary but I'm thinking it could be the lower engine mount.



Am i on the right track?
