From the scrappy today ...

Not sure whether to try and do something with the lights myself or sell them on - with a bit of a spit and polish they will come up fine. Also, my F doesn't have the MG logo on the kick plates - so these will be a nice swap (got them - the kick plates - for free by the way!) add I also got some good quality MGF headlamps with non-cloudy reflective bits!
