How hot? Or cold...

So I changed the coolant pipes yesterday &the paranoia still has me in it's grip. Getting a good flow from the 3 bleed points & the header isn't dropping significantly at all. Coolant temp on Torque is reading around 90°C. Had is out for 10 miles tonight & temp gauge on the dash & oil temp gauge were both steady at around 90° & 95° respectively. Didn't take the engine over 3k rpm.



All seems good but the fear is on me, gave it another wee bleed before putting it to bed & got a good flow again. Only thing is... heater doesn't feel that hot & the rad return pipe is cold. Rad feed pipe is hot, surely my rad isn't being that efficient?



Anything I should be watching for? Rad blocked? Massive airlock? Take a chill pill?
