ive been offered...

As the title sugests i have been offered a 51 plate mgf freestyle. Its a vvc version. The only problem the engine is toast. Not head gasket toast but con rod through piston toast. Just after i sold my spare vvc engine! Any ideas on what its worth and if i go ahead anybody got a spare engine .
