TD r25 timing belt kit done whines this morning

Hi



So the full timing belt kit was used and everything was swapped tensioners,pulleys belts.



Everything happy for 2 weeks juts a very low whine on idle(it is probably just me who can hear it) but suddenly this morning when it was running for like 4-5 minutes while I was sorting a few stuff out in the boot after I started moving the car it started whining loadly….so I just turned around and left it in the carpark for the day…..What could it be ? is it just that there is like 2-300miles on the belt and still needs more usage to break it in ??
