Rear Suspension

Been noticing some knocking on the passenger side rear over the last few days. Thinking little of it (how foolish) I took the car to get its tracking/4 wheel alignment done after new hub flanges and bearings. Firstly, the nuts were solid, so lots of releasing fluid on them, but more worryingly was the movement in the bottom bush on the rear trailing arm, as in the picture below.

It's a shame as the MOT didn't spot this and when the subframe was out it wasn't an issue.

My questions to all you knowledgeable chaps and girls is a) do I have to replace the entire part, as I understand that there is a metal sleeve and bush inside this that only comes with the rear arm? I have been quoted £221+VAT not inc fitting........

b) Can I buy the bushes separately?

c) Is there an upgrade kit for the rear suspension for the bushes that I might as well do at the same time?

Bearing in mind that I am getting both rear calipers replaced (one is sticking and we have tried to free it up before), exhaust manifold and SSKIV fitted too, it might be an expensive month - but I want to ensure that I am not missing a trick, either on the part itself or uprated bushes.

Thanks!
