MG-Rover North East ---Birthday run
Seahouses (destination)
MG-Rover north east will be 1 year old this month, so by way of celebration, I think a road trip is called for.. initially i intend to meet at herrington park at 10:00am .looking to get on the road at around 10:30.. drive up the A19 and through the Tyne Tunnel (£1.60 toll fee) then up to the Moor Farm roundabout.. then head north up the A189 and along the scenic A189/A1068 'costal route' to Seahouses. with maybe a coffee stop at Amble.
a fish and chip stop at Seahouses (you'll need a bit change for the parking) then on through Bamborough and out onto the A1 south. (I'll leave you all at Cramlington) where you can carry on down the A1 or join the A19 again.
drive time to Seahouses is about an hour and a half + a stop at Amble.
should be a nice day out if you want to bring the family along too..
if people can please let me know in advance if they are coming and what they'll be driving, dont want to leave people behind..
...and as always, the usual rules apply Absolutely NO :
· Anti Social behaviour
· Dangerous driving
· Intentional wheel spinning
· Drag racing
