Oval alarm fobs

Are these available anywhere? Really need a spare and don't really want to have to fork out for a new alarm system.



Are they easily programmed? When at Toyota and alarms became standard, there used to be a secret handshake involving opening the door a certain number of times and turn the ignition etc. Is anything like that possible with these remotes?
