45 2dltd Drum and shoes to Discs and pads?

Sorry not been on forum for a while looking for some needed info ,Is it a easy change to make the back drums and shoes to discs and pads? if so how much for the parts? cheers Scunner ps what's the best discs and pads to buy for the front 03 plate.
