Derv rad change info.

After 1200 trouble free miles going, around, and back from the Emerald Isle in a week, today I went out to start the car and saw the dreaded damp patch under the engine.



Found it's the plastic top of the rad got a smallish crack in it and weeping under pressure,

I guess 4hrs loaded with 4 adults, dog and luggage on a motorway at 70+ Proved to much.



The rad looks good apart from the crack and wondered if worth trying a repair with epoxy resin or such ? How hard is it to change on a derv with aircon ?
