Just had my Tamora back from 2 month re-trim..

My wife has her MGF Trophy 160, and I have my TVR Tamora. I bought it last October and had plans to upgrade it. I was initially going to have the engine upgraded from 3.6 to 4.3 litres - but it's been running so sweet, I thought I'd do that last. I have bought a 3.73 ratio hydratrack dif, to replace the 3.43, and will have the gearbox upgraded to close ratios (1st, 2nd and 3rd) - that will be next on the list.

The first upgrades were sat nav, speakers, reverse camera and sports exhaust (for the pops, crackles and bangs..) I then changed the rear lights to LED, and the front indicators.

I then decided to kill a lot of birds with one stone and have the following done:

The interior was too blue, and the Bison leather wasn't too good, so I decided to have a complete aesthetic makeover for the car - this included a complete leather re-trim, new carpets, brand new rood and rear screen, wheels re painted in shadow chrome, callipers rebuilt and powder coated red, rocker cover powder coated red and black, Nitron adjustable suspension, Momo trek R steering wheel, powered sub woofer behind the seat (and very good it is too), HID headlight upgrade - and a few other things, including service and MOT - this all cost over £7,500, but the car now looks like new.

I think I had better until next year for the next set of upgrades...

Here's what it looked like before:

And after:

I am very happy with the result, plus we now have a well sorted MG and TVR in the garage!
