old car, new owner

Hello to everyone on this forum. Have recently purchased a 1996 Rover 114 GSI and would appreciate some assistance if possible. I require a new Heated rear window seal and wondered if anyone might know where I could get this part. Secondly, is there anywhere to find parts diagrams/ part numbers online?
